Consulting for Statistics, Computing and Analytics Research (CSCAR) provides individualized support and training to University of Michigan researchers in a variety of areas relating to the management, collection, and analysis of data. CSCAR also supports the use of technical software and advanced computation in research. CSCAR offers free consulting, email-based help, free workshops, and recharge-based support. CSCAR has a staff of over 12 mostly PhD-trained specialists in statistics, data science, and computational science who can work directly with researchers on their projects.
