The Functional Assessment Core provides training and support to help investigators perform non-lethal measures of ocular structure and function. Currently, the Core provides expertise in fundus imaging, optical coherence tomography (OCT), electroretinography (ERG), pupillometry, and vision (acuity and contrast) tests.
