Core Summary
The Michigan Performance Research (MiPR) Laboratory helps elite athletes and everyday exercisers achieve their personal best. The lab investigates the biomechanics of human movement with the intention of optimizing potential, performance, and functionality. The lab utilizes body-worn sensors to conduct biomechanical research with real-world applications with the goal of advancing clinical assessments and monitoring techniques and training methods to enhance injury resiliency and promote lifelong health.
